The Xtend™ programs are designed to complement one another and to offer clients a complete body workout system.
This amazing 55-minute class incorporates a ballet barre, free weights, and small props to create lean and agile bodies. The technique focuses on strengthening the body and then stretching the major muscle groups in order to create a “dancer-like” body that is both strong and trim.
The CardioX program builds on the original Xtend™ technique with a quicker pace and more challenging exercises. The program allows clients to get in their weekly cardio workouts in a safe, encouraging, and unique method!
It’s all about the core! During this class, clients will work with the ballet barre, large stability balls, free weights, and balance discs to challenge stability and increase strength and control in the core muscle groups.
